Frequently asked questions
- Do players need to pay or install anything?
- No. Players scan the QR code, type a nickname and play in their phone browser. Only the organiser pays.
- What happens when my event is full?
- Players already in the game can always reconnect. New players see a friendly 'event is full' message, and you can upgrade mid-event to raise the limit without restarting.
- How is an event counted against my monthly allowance?
- Only when the first scored question opens. Drafts, previews and lobbies you close again never use an event.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
- Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated charges, and downgrades or billing-frequency changes take effect at your next renewal.
- Which languages are supported?
- The whole product — website, dashboard, host controls and player screens — works in English and Hungarian.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
